job title:  Director or Deputy Director of CNC Sales Project Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Lead and manage a CNC Sales Project Support team;

-          Motivate, manage, guide and develop subordinate staff to support sales strategies and projects all over China;

-          Interface directly with all Product Business Units and R&D organizations to ensure high quality results from the customers’ perspective;

-          Interface directly with business operations department (BOD) to ensure deliverables quality and customer satisfactions;

-          Support sales in all regions;

-          Function as quality advocates for the CNC business unit.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Experiences Desired:

-          Minimum 5 years working experiences in China telecom/IT market;

-          At least 2 years experience in project management or product management position;

-          Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively;

-          Experience in managing 4 or more people;

-          Understanding of wireless, broadband and IT products preferred.

Knowledge Desired:

-          University degree or above in EE/ telecom/ IT/ marketing or business management majors;

-          Good understanding of China’s telecom market and telecom network infrastructure and services;

-          Willingness to travel within China required;

-          Good interpersonal skills;

-          Good English skills (oral and written).

是UT的？专门负责网通的大客户销售？我现在还不够格。有没有什么UT的职位适合我的？我今年研究生毕业，手上有几家公司但是职位都不是很满意，如果可以的话，我先发一份简历给你看看？
