GNC Ultimate Cleanse,GNC排毒组合(这是我随便翻译的哈),里面含一瓶Cleansing Blend with Herbs(草药配方)和一瓶Cleansing Blend with Fibers(纤维素),各120片.下面是偷Drugstore的图片,成分和使用说明 .
使用方法是这样写的:
Start with 1 tablet of both products in the morning and 1 tablet of both products in the evening, increasing intake of both products by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 formed bowl movements per day.Do not exceed 3 tablets of each product twice a day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced internal cleansing for up to 30 days.
也就是说是从早晚各一片开始,第二天早晚各两片,第三天早晚各三片,直到每天有2-3次大便为止.最多不超过早晚各三片.达到期望后可以保持服用量30天.
以上是官方说法,下面讲讲我自己的体会.吃饭的同学慎入哇.
我不是很严重的便秘患者,只是没有好习惯,或者说不知道应该有这个习惯.说来惭愧,我到念大学,才知道原来应该每天排一次.如果参照网上通常的说法"只要通畅,2-3天排一次也正常",那我状态好的时候(.)也算正常.不过现在对"宿便"的不良后果宣传真是铺天盖地,所以我也很有心理负担.买过排毒养颜胶囊,不过后来听说有副作用,所以吃了两三盒就停了.
可能是06年或者07年,我在GNC买东西的时候,因为生日那个月折扣很大,所以误打误撞买了这个东西,BA说对排毒很好,我就PDPD的去付款了.一开始我按照推荐使用量吃的,吃了以后第一天没有反应,从第二天开始排,确实通畅,每天2-3是有啊,可怕的是最后都会是XI的.......但是不好的是排之前肚子痛的厉害.顺便提一下,那个是固体,不是胶囊,跟金施尔康长的很象,但是还要大一圈,每次吃都很痛苦哇~
持续服用实在痛的厉害,拉XI的我感觉也不太好,所以就停了.然而我仍然没有好习惯,过了一段时间,又开始服用.这次学乖了,也不早晚服,就晚上服,各一片,不加量.这样还是有点痛,有点XI,不过比按照建议服用量好多了.就这样,断断续续的服用,去年又买了一套来放着,觉得 的时候就吃,懒得时候就不吃 .
现在我在考虑要不要继续买了哇~~~但是这个东西到底好不好呢?会不会好似排毒养颜胶囊一样,用大黄糊弄消费者呢?会不会越吃越依赖,肠子越吃越无力呢?我今天发帖就是想搞明白这个,看看有没有人懂哇~
